After your order is placed, we need 1-3 business days to process it. On weekdays, this usually takes one business day, but orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. The average delivery time is 8-12 business days.

At Ava's Pet Shop, the ordering process is simple and fast. Then click on “Proceed to checkout.” Enter your address details on the information page and click “Continue to shipping.” Double-check your address details on the shipping page.
Good to know: all our shipments are sent free of charge. Then, click on “Continue to payment” and choose your preferred payment method.
